Residential Territory Manager
Requirements: The right candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent AND 3-5 years of productive sales experience in the HVAC Industry, a college degree is preferred and a driver’s license required. You will also have knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening skills, and strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships and have strategic selling skills with demonstrated and proven selling ability. You will need the ability to interpret and forecast changes in customers’ buying patterns and product requirements, to function autonomously or as a team player, to identify market dynamics and quickly define and implement well-devised competitive practices campaign, to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, profit margins, unit conversions, percentages, area and volume. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to give presentations in front of various groups and to communicate with all levels of the organization. You must have the ability to perform with superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with those you interact with; always going above and beyond to help others out, regardless of their position or department. Last, but not least, you must have the ability to adhere to the highest standards of quality while continually performing at the highest possible level.
Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing sales and account strategies as set out by management; cultivating long-term relationships with key account decision makers; delivering professional sales presentations; soliciting new customers/contractors to increase demand for products; carrying out sales objectives; working closely with local manufacturing reps to identify, target and call on key players; maintaining sales reports and forecasts; tracking expenses and updating CRM.

Entry Level HVAC Controls Technician
Key Responsibilities: Assists lead technician in the performance of System Preparation & Design Coordination: works with engineering group to create and/or verify point database; participates in the review/modification of job specific programming via computer for various systems (controls, systems); and in the review/modification and upload of point database.
Assists lead technician in the verification of point database and programming are consistent with scope of work for integration and sequence; backs up data from data servers and/or creates automated backup procedure; troubleshoots and resolves routine inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations; contacts Original Equipment Manufacturer for technical support as/when needed; resolves basic issues; refers complex matters to supervisor as needed. Participates in the set up and configuration of PC workstations and user interfaces.
Provides support for the scheduling of trade contractors to coordinate startup services as needed; participates in the coordination of network drops.
Works with customer to demonstrate system operation and verify consistency with the contracted scope of work (IE Commissioning Agents or test and balance contractors, others); participates in final inspection and testing; assures customer acceptance; trains customers on system operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education
Individual must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing, High School Diploma, Basic PC skills and understanding of Windows, Excel and Adobe. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education: Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, Knowledge of low voltage circuitry,
Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

Commercial Inside Sales Estimator
Requirements: The right candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, be well organized, be self-motivated, possess good verbal and written communication skills, be career minded, be good with numbers, have a strong sense of urgency, be a team player and sheet metal estimating and/or construction experience (a plus). You will also need to be proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel, have a basic knowledge of computers and maneuvering a computer, demonstrate professionalism, be able to work directly with Inside and Outside Sales Teams, and work with multiple vendors and customers both face to face, via email and telephone. You must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task heavily.
Responsibilities: Your inside duties would include, but not be limited to project take-offs, selecting equipment, pricing projects, creating proposals, preparing submittals and generating order write ups for commercial sheet metal and/ or equipment projects. Initially, you will go through a training program that will include our standard company orientation, a sheet metal product orientation, an equipment basics orientation, our vendor estimating software tools, and typical day to day inside sales assistant duties.

Job Tracking Coordinator
Requirements: The right candidate with have basic knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel, basic knowledge of computers and maneuvering a computer, professionalism, communication skills both verbal and written. This position works directly with Inside and Outside Sales Teams
and multiple customers both face to face, via email, and telephone. This position requires an individual who is detail oriented with the ability to multi task heavily. Good customer service and phone skills are necessary.
Responsibilities: The positions collects information on what Mechanical Contractors are bidding jobs by contacting Architects and General Contractors. This position works with the Bid List Coordinator to insure this information is entered on the bid list. After jobs have bid this position will reach out to the Mechanical Contractors and General Contractors to determine who was the successful contractor and what our competitors pricing level was. Then, enter the information gathered into Quotebuilder to improve job tracking and reporting.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Entry Level Sheet Metal Estimator

Controls Start Up Technician
Requires:
Minimum four years mechanical or electrical/electronic technology related experience preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in Controls Installation and system start-up or 3 years experience in Commercial Controls Service.  Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry to include focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.  Experience with open protocol systems such as Tridium and Carrier Open is desirable.  Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.  Strong personal computer skills with 3rd party software.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for static (stand alone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) programming, commissioning and troubleshooting building control and Facility Management Systems per engineered drawings, sequences and BOM while ensuring customer satisfaction. The CST performs all work with knowledge of the available resources to complete the project with-in expected company financial requirements.

Warehouse
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age, High School Diploma / GED equivalent, basic math and computer skills, successful completion of drug screen, ability to work safely, ability to read, write and speak English, and warehouse and forklift experience preferred. Also requires the ability to perform all required procedures and documentation in a safe and efficient manner to maintain the highest quality product for our customers, the ability to learn inventory and tracking systems, a mechanical ability and understanding is required to grasp general warehouse equipment (loaders, etc.), to maintain performance expectations with respect to Key Performance Indicators, accurately and efficiently load product onto trucks, communicate to operations to maintain product flow and prevent distribution disruptions, maintain housekeeping and safety compliance, inspection ready at all times and report all safety concerns immediately to supervisor.
