HVAC Parts Counter Sales – Johnstown
Requires: This positon requires the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the HVAC industry or industrial parts sales is preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office products needed. Good Customer Relations is a must for this position. Part of what we do is greet every customer as they enter the facility, process orders, and develop relationships with the service technicians. We process will call orders, answer technical questions and create price and availability quotations. We clear and clean shelves periodically, create displays seasonally and ensure building cleanliness. We re-stock shelves and assist in stocking incoming product. We support increased personal technical training to increase product knowledge.

CDL Class A Driver
We are seeking a dependable and organized Class A truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina and can consistently ensure safe and accurate deliveries. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle. Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs. Pull a towed weight exceeding 10,000 lbs. Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to tractor unit.
Transport parts and equipment from place of origin to assigned destination. Pick-up loads and organize parts and equipment in an ordered, logical manner. Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage. Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations. Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with clients. Assist in mapping delivery routes. Stay on predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with supervisor as needed. Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document. Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip. Check weather conditions and road reports before departure. Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean. Notify manager when service on vehicle is needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.). Notify manager of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered. Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times. Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs. Track and report working hours. Adhere to company rules and regulations. Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions. Comply with ICC and DOT regulations. Make safety a priority at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Valid Class A driver’s license required. 2+ years proven experience with tractor-trailer driving preferred. Clean driving record with no moving violations. Must pass background check and drug test. Skilled at driving large vehicles.
Comfortable maneuvering and parking a tractor-trailer. Alert, focused, and detail-oriented. Physically and mentally fit. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. Able to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Proficient using GPS and other routing systems. An innate sense of direction. Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful. High level of composure and good stress management.

Non CDL Driver / Warehouse
Requirements: A valid Driver License and clean M.V.R. / Good Driving Record. The ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and random screenings and to pass a background check. Must have a good attitude and work ethic, good communication skills with the ability to speak, read and write English. Knowledge of the Denver metro area. Must be flexible, adaptable with the ability to navigate & safely drive in adverse winter weather conditions. Must have at least one year driving experience as a Delivery Driver. Must have at least one year of warehouse experience and forklift experience as you will be loading and unloading your truck and the ability to drive a 26 Foot Non-CDL Box Truck

CAD Service Technician III
Job Description: This is an advanced HVAC Technician positon. The person for this position must have many years of varying experience in the industry and must have hands on skills with the equipment. This can include residential furnaces and ACs, Duct Free Split products, small and large RTUs, chillers, applied AHUs, and VRF products. Knowledge of these products is needed for startup, troubleshooting and technical support. This is a field and office position with rotations for phone technical support.
Requirements: This positon requires the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Also technical training, vocational school or apprenticeship for the HVAC industry. Five years in the industry is a minimum requirement. Basic set of tools for the trade are required to start with company provided large ones. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office products needed. Good Customer Relations is a must for this position.

Controls Start Up Technician
Minimum four years mechanical or electrical/electronic technology related experience preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in Controls Installation and system start-up or 3 years experience in Commercial Controls Service.  Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry to include focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.  Experience with open protocol systems such as Tridium and Carrier Open is desirable.  Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.  Strong personal computer skills with 3rd party software.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for static (stand alone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) programming, commissioning and troubleshooting building control and Facility Management Systems per engineered drawings, sequences and BOM while ensuring customer satisfaction. The CST performs all work with knowledge of the available resources to complete the project with-in expected company financial requirements.

Receptionist/Office Coordinator
Purpose: To help maintain a productive work environment, while ensuring that all internal and external contacts get the support they need. The first official representative (face) of the office, responsible to greet and direct callers and visitors, respond to inquiries from staff, customers, vendors and other visitors by providing requested information and/or referral to other parties.
Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Experience: 2+ years in office setting, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong sense of discretion and professionalism, ability to create and administer a task priority list.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Protocol: Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times, whether face-to-face or over the phone, follow proper etiquette while in conversations, present calm, friendly and confident approaches.
Visitor Hospitality: Welcome and greet customers and other visitors to the building, announce arrival of the guest to the receiving party and guide the guest to meeting location as necessary.
Security Awareness: Generally monitor visitors and the lobby, taking care to notice anything suspicious our unusual.
Office Equipment & Software: Understand and possess ability to operate standard office equipment: Postage machine, fax machine, copy machine, scanner, calculator, telephone counsel. Understand and possess ability to navigate Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Answer incoming phone calls: Forward callers to proper department or person.
Manage Correspondence: Forward electronically received faxes via email, post outgoing mail with correct postage value, monitor postage machine operation/supply level, deposit outgoing mail; pick up and distribute incoming mail; Schedule Fed-Ex.
Maintenance: Ensure approved vendor list is up to date with current contact information, monitor the interior of the office building (not including the warehouse) to ensure cleanliness and professional appearance. Report custodial issues to janitorial service. Respond to repair requests quickly and professionally, schedule service calls.
Includes other duties as assigned.
