Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities: Research potential vendors, manage and train purchasing staff, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, oversee Buyers to help maintain GMROI and turns of inventory by updating ordering controls.
Maintain acceptable fill rates, track orders and ensure timely delivery, review quality of purchased products.
Enter and maintain vendor details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into ERP system. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Manage and reduce slow moving inventory.
Requirements: Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and vendor management.
Interest in market dynamics along with business sense. A knack for negotiation and networking. Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
Working experience of vendor management software. Understanding of supply chain procedures. Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
Solid judgement along with decision making skills and strong leadership capabilities.
BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.

Warranty Administrator
Administrative Responsibilities: Train and review claims processing at branch stores and personnel entering claims, train and review claims processing at dealers/contractor personnel entering claims.
Maintain contact with vendors as needed for proper procedures for claim entry by maintaining proper account management with Service Bench (Carrier, Bryant, Payne and RC Replacement components claim web site) and overseeing parts return to vendors as needed. This includes storage and shipping of minor components and compressors.
Claims and Parts Return: Gather and organize SWAP (Simplified Warranty Approval Process) forms, ensure proper information has been receive for speedy claim processing, enter claims to vendors and review warranty credits, and enter warranty credits back to customer after Lohmiller & Company has received credit.
Job Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and advanced education is plus. Familiar with computer operations and the Microsoft Office products is a must. Ability to learn the internal software system (P21) and other manufacturer’s web sites is needed. Some lifting of parts and forklift skills a bonus.

Call Center Representatives with Call Center or Customer Service experience. HVAC knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
Requirements: Service existing customer base (SALES): Manage incoming telephone calls, walk in traffic, billing solutions, handle price concerns and objections, review product offering.
Increase existing customer’s business with Carrier West (SALES): Review customer pricing policy, review product mix, ask for more business, review customer service level from Carrier West.
Maintain day to day customer requests: Process orders via phone, email, online ordering and fax, ensure timely and accurate responses to the customer’s requests, review open orders daily, ensure fulfillments, follow up on customer inquiries and quotes.
Account management: Call assigned cash customers as scheduled, develop business relationship with the customers, investigate and fulfill customers current and future business needs, follow promotional outlines, including specials or events. CAD Service Technician III
Job Description: This is an advanced HVAC Technician positon. The person for this position must have many years of varying experience in the industry and must have hands on skills with the equipment. This can include residential furnaces and ACs, Duct Free Split products, small and large RTUs, chillers, applied AHUs, and VRF products. Knowledge of these products is needed for startup, troubleshooting and technical support. This is a field and office position with rotations for phone technical support.
Requirements: This positon requires the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Also technical training, vocational school or apprenticeship for the HVAC industry. Five years in the industry is a minimum requirement. Basic set of tools for the trade are required to start with company provided large ones. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office products needed. Good Customer Relations is a must for this position.

Non CDL Delivery Driver
Requirements: A valid Driver License and clean M.V.R. / Good Driving Record. The ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and random screenings and to pass a background check. Must have a good attitude and work ethic, good communication skills with the ability to speak, read and write English. Knowledge of Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Must be flexible, adaptable with the ability to navigate & safely drive in adverse winter weather conditions. Must have at least one year driving experience as a Delivery Driver. Must have at least one year of warehouse experience and forklift experience as you will be loading and unloading your truck and the ability to drive a 26 Foot Non-CDL Box Truck.

HVAC Parts Counter Sales
Key Responsibilities: This positon requires the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the HVAC industry or industrial parts sales is preferred. Five years in the industry is a minimum requirement. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office products needed. Good Customer Relations is a must for this position. Part of what we do is greet every customer as they enter the facility, process orders, and develop relationships with the service technicians. We process will call orders, answer technical questions and create price and availability quotations. We clear and clean shelves periodically, create displays seasonally and ensure building cleanliness. We re-stock shelves and assist in stocking incoming product. We support increased personal technical training to increase product knowledge.

Controls Start Up Technician
Minimum four years mechanical or electrical/electronic technology related experience preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in Controls Installation and system start-up or 3 years experience in Commercial Controls Service.  Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry to include focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.  Experience with open protocol systems such as Tridium and Carrier Open is desirable.  Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.  Strong personal computer skills with 3rd party software.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for static (stand alone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) programming, commissioning and troubleshooting building control and Facility Management Systems per engineered drawings, sequences and BOM while ensuring customer satisfaction. The CST performs all work with knowledge of the available resources to complete the project with-in expected company financial requirements.

Also requires the ability to perform all required procedures and documentation in a safe and efficient manner to maintain the highest quality product for our customers, the ability to learn inventory and tracking systems, a mechanical ability and understanding is required to grasp general warehouse equipment (loaders, etc.), to maintain performance expectations with respect to Key Performance Indicators, accurately and efficiently load product onto trucks, communicate to operations to maintain product flow and prevent distribution disruptions, maintain housekeeping and safety compliance, inspection ready at all times and report all safety concerns immediately to supervisor.
