Driver / Warehouse Position
Requires:

Entry Level Sheet Metal Estimator
Key Responsibilities: The right candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, be well organized, be self-motivated, possess good verbal and written communication skills, be career minded, be good with numbers, have a strong sense of urgency, be a team player and sheet metal estimating and/or construction experience (a plus). You will also need to be proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel, have a basic knowledge of computers and maneuvering a computer, demonstrate professionalism, be able to work directly with Inside and Outside Sales Teams, and work with multiple vendors and customers both face to face, via email and telephone. You must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task heavily.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Inventory Control Specialist
Requires: Accurate accounting of inventory, cycle counts, and product locations. Must be able to organize/reorganize inventory locations based on order and business demands. Must keep/provide applicable documentation/records of inventory adjustments. Works with other branches on count accuracy and reporting. Strong attention to detail and good math skills. Up to three years’ experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Controls Start Up Technician
Requires:
Minimum four years mechanical or electrical/electronic technology related experience preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in Controls Installation and system start-up or 3 years experience in Commercial Controls Service.  Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry to include focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.  Experience with open protocol systems such as Tridium and Carrier Open is desirable.  Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.  Strong personal computer skills with 3rd party software.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, responsible for static (stand alone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) programming, commissioning and troubleshooting building control and Facility Management Systems per engineered drawings, sequences and BOM while ensuring customer satisfaction. The CST performs all work with knowledge of the available resources to complete the project with-in expected company financial requirements.

Requires: Customer Service and Sales Skills.  Assist customer at the counter and answer in-bound calls for technical questions, price and availability.  HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Parts Territory Manager
Requires: Selling parts and supplies, no Carrier or Bryant equipment; implementing sales and account strategies as set out by management; cultivating long-term relationships with key account decision makers; delivering professional sales presentations; soliciting new customers/contractors to increase demand for products; carrying out sales objectives; working closely with local manufacturing reps to identify, target and call on key players; maintaining sales reports and forecasts; tracking expenses and updating CRM.
Also requires High School Diploma or equivalent AND sales experience, basic knowledge of HVAC parts with willingness to learn and grow knowledge, college degree preferred and driver’s license required.
